Yes foreigners are allowed to own land in Ghana but it's restricted to 50 years. That is our law and we must respect that. We can't and should not discriminate against foreigners because some of them are upstanding residents.

Theft and fraud need to be exposed for what they are and have been for many years involving Ghana land.

Also the relevant authorities: LANDS COMMISSION, TOWN and COUNTRY PLANNING , ETC need to pull up their socks as the "Stealing" of land is only possible due to their complicity/involvent/negligence.
