  Efiewura decides to take apcnkye and give his room out to the person,u people can't do nothing about it,likewise if both of them goes to a consensus and agrees to pay in any form besides money,it's their business,u can only force people to pay with money for houses built by Akuffo Addo and his government,but people's individual houses built with their toil and sweat,u can't impose nothing on them,unless it's some criminality like an illegal eviction or forcing to have sex with ones female tenant,overcharging, illegal breaking and entry etc.

  Rent control is one of the useless state institutions in Ghana which the "totro mate, Bawumia has to thinking of abolishing now. But rather dreaming of abolishing taxes imposed on Ghanaians by IMF which may be highly impossible because he is part and parcel of IMF deals as a result of over borrowing. Bawumia is really a chief comedian but not trotro mate.
