It seems the main problem is the community and the entire GFA not hiring of new coach proper thing has to be done before hiring of a new coach

There should not be a coach issue for now. The problem now should be with management. How we can manage the BS well. People are there because of the money, not managing things well.
NOT ALL OF THEM ARE QUALIFIED, SO DO YOUR JOB AND CUT US THE CRAP!
Give the job to Shatta Bandle.
We dont need a coach at this juncture. Why not try the former stars in the interim and focus on proper organisation and management. i suggest we groom home grown talents that abound here.
