  He is the vice president and his decision can be accepted or rejected by the president.
  
  This is how vice presidents go through the whole world, not the final decision-maker.
  
  The president appoints the finance minister and has the power.The finance minister wields power than the vice.

Every person in Ghana, man woman and child, owes GHc 20,000 which this government have borrowed the squandered, the interest alone is GHc 35 per week for every man, woman and child in Ghana. Ghana is financially ruined for generations to come. I'm sure any kindergarten class in Ghana could do a better job than NPP or NDC
