  Whatever you nurture will grow. MPs have used small handouts to lure people into becoming their staunch supporters. Now, small handouts no longer suffice.
  
  What I can't understand is; if you truly want an opportunity to serve, as all MPs claim, why pay for it? The power to stop the cash inducement/demand lies with the MPs. Just stop giving and allow the people to follow their conscience.
