Every presidential aspirant takes inspiration and leans on the successes and achievements of his boss. The simple question therefore is, why is Dr. Timothy Christopher Mahamudu Bawumia trying so hard to detach and extricate himself from AKUFFO ADDO, the bedevilled master and executor of all that is evil and wicked, the mother serpent of corruption hiding under a beautiful flower? The answer is simple. Total failure of this administration. We all see how John Mahama is tightly strung to the record of his administration with his boss, Atta Mills. He is taking responsibility for their failures and basking in the glory of their successes because he is responsible and the regime was successful. Bawumia was employed by his boss simply because he was touted as an economic whiz kid. But due to his ineptitude he has conveniently dumped the economy and waxing digital.

Kwesi Pratt should go and the constitution and stop disturbing our ears. Everyone knows the vice president has no power except what us deligated to him by the president. Although the constitution required the vice to take over when the president travels outside the country, that still doesn't mean he will run it by his own agenda. In short, Bawumia can give economic advice but he can't insist that his advice be implemented as a vice president. That's not to say Akufo-Ado doesn't listen to his advice. In fact, Akufo-Ado has listen to many of his advice and given him the opportunity to serve which makes Bawumia the best vice president we ever have in Ghana. However, like the intelligent driver's mate and his experienced boss, there are times the driver will say 'I'm the one in control' and do it his way. That doesn't mean the mate would do it the way, but as a mate you must put your weight behind the decisions of your boss to make it work. Bawumia will defend and take responsibility for whatever happens in government, but it doesn't mean he would do things exactly as is being done if he were the president.

What is good for Atta Mills/Mahama geese is good for the Bawumia gander. We need continuity in vision but change methods including governance, economic management, social inclusion, finances etc. A new path is even being attempted by Mahama even from his own previous unsuccessful Presidency that ended in electoral defeat after 4 years. If anyone should stick to the continuity of his own Presidency then it is JDM, who claims he won that "rigged" election and therefore has good justification to stick to the old path to be fair to himself.

Timothy Bawumia's posture of distancing himself from Nana akufo addo a.k.a Jack Toronto is a clear admission of total failure of this government. Every presidential aspirant takes inspiration and leans on the successes and achievements of his boss.
The simple question therefore is, why is Dr. Timothy Christopher Mahamudu Bawumia trying so hard to detach and extricate himself from AKUFFO Addo, a.k.a Jack Toronto the bedevilled master and executor of all that is evil and wicked, the mother serpent of corruption hiding under a beautiful flower?
The answer is simple. Total failure of this administration. We all see how John Mahama is tightly strung to the record of his administration with his boss, Atta Mills. He is taking responsibility for their failures and basking in the glory of their successes because he is responsible and the regime was successful.
Dr Bawumia was employed by his boss simply because he was touted as an economic whiz kid. But due to his ineptitude he has conveniently dumped the economy and waxing digital.

How else can this useless three-legged race horse Aplanke Bawumia stay in the race without spewing deceptions? The NPP has been lying that their comatose economy has turned the corner, and Ghanaians know that be a fat lie. The only thing that has turned a corner is Aplanke Bawumia, the failed fake guru economist who has suddenly turned away from his Julor House beggar President Akufo-Addo. Can't fault Aplanke Bawumia when his briefcase is loaded with nothing but false promises and adulterated lies. Besides, Aplanke Bawumia has found a new promoter in the person of Prophet Kufuor, so why not ditch his puppeteer Akufo-Addo?
