we need a strict DISCIPLINARIAN to start all over with a new set of Black Stars 24 years and below. All the 25 years and above who call themselves Experienced Players are no longer teachable. They are now OLD EXPERIENCED Black Stars they better go join the Old Black Stars as the rising members for induction and play charity matches to help the young players coming up - the Under 15s, the Under 17s and the Under 20s

But yet we haven't had the best luck with foreign coaches either. Why? Because we do not play together as a team. We do not play for each other. If we played a much more defensive minded game tactically and weed out certain players from this team, we probably would be much better than what we are. At best they can pay the coaches salaries but the GFA President should look for sponsors to finance the winning bonuses and when they win any tournament, the GFA, Sponsors and the playing body should share the prize money. This will let the GFA look for a coach who will improve the team to attract sponsors. The GFA is misusing the funds given by Government and they seem not bothered by the poor performance of the team.
