  that ripp off folks in Ghana ,folks just look at prudential bank in Ghana where they give loans to people that they know will default so they can steal their equity and any property that belong to any co singer [that normally they give zero money] for pledge their property's as collateral in case of default by the original borrower . invest in land or real estate even outside Accra it safer then dealing with the banksters the thief's that will eat you money small small with their " service charges ".
