Why would a president think he should travel to US or another country for medical care? It's so sad politicians, particularly African leaders, are the most wicked people in this world. How can a messenger or a driver working for a company or the president MUST retire at 60 but the president working for the whole country can work in his 90s? At 82, what again? Politicians are so insincere they are afraid to put a ceiling on the age of the president. If 40 years is the age one must attain to qualify to be elected as president, what is the maximum age one cannot be elected as a president?
