What the GFA could do is to call all those legends together and let them train the blackstars together without pointing out anyone of them as a specific coach.Amongst them, they could scout for new players , recruit talents without favour etc. GFA should try this and they will see a major improvement in the Blackstars.

We had examples of Coaches Kwesi Appiah and C.K Akunnor.

Football administrators equally need some sort of orientation on how to engage Ghanaian coaches before we start anything

On the whole, it's a great idea having our own handling the national team but something from top to bottom ought to be done first
