The Why is very simple. Their parents have been mandate with national resources to ensure equitable distribution across all sectors and regions in the country. However, they chose to invest in things of less priority to the youth of this country. The National cathedral, for example ; whilst we don't have the balls to PASS A BILL that seeks to stop LGBTQ, spending millions on a tournament we could not go beyond group stage; a tournament's budget which was not subject to scrutiny.

Get your scale of preference right. If you don't have daily bread, you don't think of celebrating your birthday. Get it right, Mr. Honourable.
