Utterly clueless. You should rather be involving collection agencies in the countries where these derfaulters reside, and these collection agencies can do a better job getting you the money owed, for a fee of course. Interpol isn't a collection agency. And the defaulters have committed no crime. Being in default of a payment is not a crime. File action in courts in Ghana against the intentional defaulters, then hnad over the court judgments to collection agencies abroad to assist you in collecting those funds. The Ghaa embassies in most countries can work with host countries to identify the addresses of the defaulters, and that information can be used to serve them with notices of hearings in Ghana.
