  You got it completely right and I hope those with voices will join the clarion call to stop this vote buying practices.
  
  It is important that criteria be set for parliamentarians hopefuls. We cannot allow people with less education to enter into parliament and decide for 32 million people when they don't understand what is being debated on the floor.
  
  How can delegates collect money and turn around the next day and accuse their MPs for corruption? This is a very wearisome development that must be dealt with.
  
  A law must be passed where any prospective MP who buys votes be prosecuted and recalled from parliament even if he or she is in already a parliamentarian.

  This problem is very easy to solve. Just allow all registered voters of any party to take part in the votings. Simply scrap the delegates and superdelegates system of voting. Then we’ll see if the thieves will be able to bribe a million or so registered party members.
