  START WITH FRESH INNOCENT PLAYERS - NOT OLD POLITICAL, OVER TESTED, GOAL SHY AND POOR ACHIEVEMENT PLAYERS.
  1. The Black Stars must be dissolved.
  2. New Black Stars must be players 23 and below. (UNDER 23) Even it means starting from the scratch to learn and build up.
  3. Equal number of Local and Foreign Based Players to be invited to camp. 15 Local + 15 Foreign Based.
  4. The Coach to be invited must be one who shall make Discipline his first principle.
  5. He must be able to convince Ghanaians that he would not tolerate indiscipline.
  6. He must be given all powers to ensure he is not manipulated and given bad advice by his assistants on player selections and match strategies and schemes.
