At the time, the ballots for each candidate has been separated and counting underway, infact more than half of the MPs ballots, which was been counted, has been counted. The total number of delegates was known and so it’s no rocky science for one to notice who was winning and who was losing. The supporter just went to start a carefully planned chaos and nothing else!! Leave the EC official out of this!!
