Having claimed that he knows where the money's at because he had worked in Bank of Ghana before and was going to transform Ghana to the likes of South Korea and Singapore in the first 18 months in office. Covid struck in 2020 but we were warned by World Bank that the economy was vulnerable in 2019. Has he not lied?
