This is no news. After giving delegates GHC1000 and GHC1500, these NPP people will vote for him. But will the entire constituency vote for him again? Tarkwa and Takoradi keep voting NPP so they should not complain when the party comes to power and does nothing for them. The delegates are always selling their votes to the highest didder.
