Do your home work before wasting our tax money running to the whiteman for gigs.

Microsoft, Oracle and other big names failed in loads of projects in Africa. Why?

Simply because it's a gig for the whiteman, the business broker and the politicians.

First of all, remove the useless foot soldiers from the public sector. That alone will bring down corruption before running to the whiteman.
