  That OB Amoah thinks he is smart. He can only outwit himself, but not fair-minded individuals in the party. But I don't blame him. It's the modus operandi of this NPP establishment; exploit loopholes in the law for their parochial political end. He just wanted to abuse the 'sitting MP-MCE' caveat in order to pave way for his favored successor. Why must you all plant your favorites so you can continue to lurk in the shadows? Bawuliar on my mind.
