  I think they need to valoration great among of woman going through myomectomy for uterine fibroid and all that pacient the only way to deliver is by C/S
  Another situation is a lot of older woman will get pregnant by ART ( IVF ) that woman too bcos is older primipary and multiple pregnancy are candidate to C/S.
  I think Hv a lot of factors to valorate before will rich to any conclusion
  And I true need to check bcos one C/S in the privite sector is between 12000 to 14000 ghc and may be that the reason of the increase the procedure indiscriminate.
  I think they need to call a meeting to valoration all the factor and the cost of life is very higher too and all you need in the proceder are very expensive
