There is no or limited land available at Accra currently..Any sensible person will buy house from a verified real estate agent other than buying lands..For u to get a land in Accra now is nearing to impossible..just buy your dream house if u have money and stop wasting money on lands..Or better, get a land outside Accra u will be fine..Lands in Accra can be sold to like 3 people at the same time..At the end of the day, u will be stressed..And also u will waste money..buy a house from a legit real estate company and u will be fine..

I thank God for giving some of us the knowledge and the insight to see beyond..I remember some years ago, I told some of my colleagues in abroad that it’s time to invest in Ghana.some of them took it for jokes..They told me why should they be in abroad and build In Ghana..As for me, I took the bold decision, came home and invest but the funny thing is that, all those guys I had this conversation with, now want property In Ghana especially Accra, but they can’t afford it..Even tough they live abroad but the prices have shoot up and they can’t afford it..but back then, things were cheaper but some Ghanaians abroad refused to take advantage..From now till the next 5-10 years, a lot of Ghanaians especially the ones in abroad will become foreigners in their own land( Ghana)..because currently foreigners are buying properties and lands In Ghana than the average Ghanaian especially the ones abroad..A time is coming where Ghanaians will be struggling for space with foreigners in Ghana..the time is now, don’t wait..take a screenshot of my message and keep it..u Will remember this message that some guy wrote this on Ghanaweb..A lot of Ghanaians abroad will become foreigners In Ghana some few years to come..period..mark it everywhere
