De Nkrumah never wished to be President of Africa. It is not any of his great speeches. Even the capital of the African High Command, he proposed Bangui, Congo Leopoldville or Addis Ababa. Not Accra.

African leaders of this modern era are just corrupt and confused. There is no unity of governance. The Organisation of African Unity which is now called African Unity, has become a useless organization. It needs to be dissolved.
In addition to that, the African Development Bank also needs to be dissolved. They are of no use to the African continent.
