Its OK for him to say the president cant appoint his enemies (really enemies?), because in Mahama time we strongly fought against the term enemies and used opposition members, hence the need to abhorred winners takes all, because the president can take others they femmes fit and competent and not opposition members.

Now all of a sudden the term winners takes all has been vanished from our vocabulary. Lets hope we wont bring that term to hang the neck of the.next president
