  The SML/GRA contract is a waste of tax payers money. Ghana is collecting 600 million dollars a year from IMF and dashing 100 million dollars for no work done. SML collect data from GRA Customs at the depots, fix old electronic system as monitoring fuel imports. They daily collect figures from GRA Customs. Every quarter SML bundle figures for payment by Finance Minister. Comparison of GRA/SML are just mistakes SML makes in copying.
  For the Mines there are efficient system of monitoring - GRA Customs, PMMC for Assays, Minerals Commission. GRA Customs and PMMC officials are in the Mines Goldroom during smelting of concentrates. NPA also monitor downstream petroleum. GRA Commissioner Gen. is untruthful, conniving with Finance Minister to dupe Ghana.
