By just sending someone to court does not mean the accused are bound for jail the court has to prove beyond reasonable doubt before one is sent to jail and if Prez Atta mills has openly premeditated in public that he was going to jail former govt officials then he is not worthy to be President and he is a big disgrace to Democracy and rule of law
