  This is a classic case of misdirection. A public rejection of reparations effectively makes that money available for other purposes. Do they think Ghanaians are stupid? What sane person at obviously could use the money would reject the offer of free cash? Is Ghana self-sufficient to the point of foolish pride? No. These guys, Okudzeto Ablakwa and Mills, want the money for themselves. Apparently, so he can buy that ranch in Texas that his wife was surveying at the time of his untimely passing.
