Ashanti to hold maiden educational fair

Kumasi, March 4, GNA - The Ghana National Association of Private Schools=

(GNAPS) and the Varaderos Eventx Solution, a professional events planning=

and management firm based in Kumasi, are to jointly hold the first ever educational shopping fair in the Ashanti Region. The two-week fair has pre-school children and Junior High Schoo= l (JHS) students as its target. A statement Mr Maxwell Dextler Ampofo, Chief Executive Officer of Varaderos, signed said the event would take place from August 23 to September 3. It would be held under the theme "Quality education, an ultimate choice for our generation."

The statement said fair would provide adequate information about schools= in the region as well as career guidance and counselling services. It would also create the platform for schools to interact with the general public.
