French entrepreneurs visiting Ghana

A delegation of French entrepreneurs dealing with agriculture and agro-food industry, conducted by the ADEPTA, is visiting Ghana (Dec 14-18 2009)

The ADEPTA is pleased to mobilize French companies from the agricultural sector in Ghana, an outstandingly dynamic and democratic country in Africa.

Seeds, irrigation, grading, packing and packaging, weighing, traceability, quality assurance and assistance, certification are the core businesses of the 7 French companies who are coming over to Ghana in order to meet Ghanean partners.

Fruit and vegetables producers and exporters will benefit from the adapted irrigation techniques of KULKER company, specialising in localised irrigation for economic and effective management of water ; they will appreciate the possibilities they will be given in increasing their exports with graded and packaged products thanks to MAF RODA AGROBOTIC machines and to the quality assurance and assistance BUREAU VERITAS can provide them with.

The latter addresses all stakeholders from all agricultural fields actually, as well as the GNIS with high quality seeds from France, and OTECH with complete irrigation systems for large crops, notwithstanding the weighing and traceability equipment of GROUPE CAPI, which will facilitate Ghana cocoa production and processing.

All manufactured food products and beverages of Ghana will be enhanced by the quality packaging SPO offers with high definition film for bags, sleeves, tapes…

The French delegation is conducted by the ADEPTA*, the professional French grouping of equipment manufacturers, suppliers of input, experts and engineering departments for agriculture and the agri-food industry.

The ADEPTA has the support of the French authorities for implementing promotional and cooperation programmes.
