  Oduro Takyi, bow your head in shame. J.H Mensah (late) was the Finance Minister in Dr Busia's gov't. Jones was his deputy. The reality was that the bad economy needed a bold solution, just as Dr Bawumia is proposing now. In the circumstance let me paraphrase what Dr Busia said: "I was sick and my doctor told me a very painful injection would be needed for a later permanent cure."
