I used their services before in 2009. The flat rate is good but their exchange rate can't match western union or moneygram. Now I think their website is down.

Google liberty money transfer and you'll find out what happened to them. It started fine but the big guys scammed huge dollars. Their web is down and they won't be back any time soon.
