Though, a civil action can be brought by this and any lawyer, it does not mean she will win this case. She needs to read bank / investment regulations about the risks her client took to deal with menzgold. The public needs to do its own due diligence before investing anywhere. Secondly, the BOG issued warnings to the public, which were largely disregarded. She really needs to go after NAM1 and his accomplices to collect and put them in jail if necessary to create a deterrent to such crimes.
