  You went to Bawku Naabas Palace and he requested for a split of the upper east region as a permanent solution to the infamous Bawku conflict. This is simple. Instead of noting it down and working towards this brilliant suggestion, you rather sought to explain in big big English what the Constitution says about creating new regions and what nonsense.. Does the Bawku Naaba understand your big English. Or do u think he is interested in the impossibilities. Check the data and tell us whether the current North East region and Bono East regions qualify to be full regions if we have to go strictly by the constitution.
