CELLTEL DOING WHAT RLG DID SOME YRS AGO
Celltel is doing something similar to what RLG was doing around 2012.Unfortunately RLG never got the support and help needed and so it collapsed.Also some years ago Kumasi Polytechnic signed a 5m Cedis deal with a Chinese com

WARRANTY MUST BE GUARENTEED
Akufo Addo if you want all these companies to set up in Ghana, you should at the same time false them to give a warranty to every product made in Ghana because they do that everywhere in overseas.
