Kofi Adoma must stop telling viewers not to watch his programme and go watch something else...its not an inteligent thing to say for the kind of buiness you're doing. It's not a business smart thing to say. What you should say in rezponse to the complaints is if this programe does not suit your cup of tea, watch our next programme and you will love it. It's from the principle of the customer is always right. Don't be foolish, be business smart...you could rather use their negative statement as a segway to tell your viewership what your next interview will be about without giving too much details.
