Togolese Segbefia and this trokosi dog going by the name Yaw Wontumi, must get into their Ayigbe heads, that the money spent on free SHS is from the resources of Ghanaians: the resourceful majority. Therefore the President is mandated to use it to educate the children of the soil. The opinions of parasitic trokosi immigrant minority are irrelevant!
