Why the Minister for Housing is the right candidate

Why the Minister for Housing (Alhaji S. Boniface) is the right candidate for the NPP VP Slot

Who is the best candidate for the NPP VP slot? Without a doubt, Alhaji S. Boniface by a slam-dunk is the most uniquely qualified politician who can match Mr. John Mahama toe to toe to bring victory to NPP.

· Boniface was the only Northern regional minister who was able to navigate the un-charted waters of Abudu and the Andani warring factions during the worst crises of these two gates.

· Location, religion, location: Boniface is popular at home and popular among the Muslim community in Ghana. He can help in tight presidential elections by galvanizing the Muslim vote. He has a solid base that can make differences.

· He has almost 80% support of his ethnic group (Gonjas) and still commands an outstanding support from the other ethnic groups in the three northern regions.

· He is the only politician who can marshal the votes in the three Northern regions that can be a difference in tight presidential elections.

· He has 85% support of the Zongo community in Ghana. You do not need to go far, he eats, sleeps and dance with them. His doors are always open to those who need his support. Whoever knows Boniface will tell you modesty, grace and humility are his trade mark.

· He has identified himself with the Muslim community in Ghana than any other politician. He can significantly make in road into NDC Zongo base votes.

· Boniface is the most popular politician in the three northern regions. Which Northern politician is as close in popularity as Boniface? None

· Boniface is the right person for the VP slot. Look around, Northerners and the Muslim community in country responds positively towards him as their darling son.

· He is smart, intelligent, peoples' person and a seasoned politician. Nana and Boniface are absolutely the best winning combination and we hope sound judgment will prevail in the decision making process than emotional judgment.
