Augustina Atogordon Adokor, a 20-year-old Form 1 student, is seeking solutions to what she describes as a "spiritual influence" on her life.

Appearing on Nhyira FM's domestic show on September 23, 2025, with her father, Augustina said all attempts to address the situation have so far proved futile.

According to her, the strange experiences began after she fetched water from a stream her family regularly uses.

She narrated on the show that upon bringing the water home, she suddenly felt something enter her, and soon after, she started hearing voices calling her name, urging her to "come."

Augustina further explained that she often sees three people dressed in white, though their faces are not visible, calling her to follow them. Whenever she attempts to do so, her siblings intervene by holding her back.

"When it's six o'clock, I become scared. I can't sleep, and I can't eat. I see human beings calling me to come, and if I try to go, my siblings catch me because I will be entering the bush," she said.

She continued, "Most often, I see about three people wearing white. When I see them, they call me to come, and when I try to go, my family members hold me back. Something entered me, and I feel like running away. I hear my name being mentioned, and I start seeing people in white, but I can't see their faces. They always call me to come."

Her father, who accompanied her to the show, revealed that despite being a Christian, his family has a shrine at home.

He said he has taken his daughter to hospitals and other places in search of solutions, but none have been effective.

"I have seven children, but only she is experiencing this. We have been to several hospitals, and they keep diagnosing malaria, but after treatment, it comes again. We have also gone to other places, and some even say it is a dwarf spirit, but they have been unable to help her," he lamented.

Some callers who phoned in during the show suggested that Augustina might be "destined" to manage a shrine and that the experiences she is having could be a spiritual calling.
