US$250m Eurobond saga: 'Educated illiterates' calling Bawumia names - Yofi Grant

A member of the opposition New Patriotic Party, Yofi Grant has lashed out at some members of the ruling NDC government for calling NPP´s running mate, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia names for speaking what he calls is the obvious of the recent US$250 million Eurobond saga.

According to Yofi Grant some 'arm chair economists' are on a campaign to discredit Dr Bawumia for spitting out what is the 'truth'in the US$250 million Eurobond-UBA saga.

The NPP member who is obviously not happy about attacks on Dr Bawumia's personality by NDC communicators took to his facebook page to condemn the NDC Communicators for attacking Dr Bawumia's professional competence instead of explaining to Ghanaians on how US$250 million Eurobond cash ended up in a UBA account.

"The ridiculous part is that all sorts of half baked analysts and arm chair economists who do not believe in five toed pachyderms are calling poor Dr Bawumia names for spitting out the obvious. if you know you are not one then dont worry, this won't apply to you. Some of these 'against' people won't even pass an interview to get appointed as his personal shoeshine. Instead of insulting him I am learning from him so I can say some when people are talking. The thing is is he lying? Many educated illiterates and evil eyes will call him names and tell wicked tales about him without even listening to or trying to understand what he is saying", Yofi grant wrote.
