Dear sir
By mistake we have integrated on August 17th 2001 the costs for services provided of the Insel hospital Berne concerning Mister Rawlings Jerry John (alias Gyamfi, Paul) into the account of his wife Rawlings Nana Konadu.
The invoice would have had to be placed to this time to the Embassy of Ghana in Berne. This was a mistake of the CMS Medical Services AG. This should be corrected in arrangement with Mrs. Rawlings.
We are truly sorry and would like to apologise for the late arriving for this invoice. May we ask you to transfer the outstanding amount of CHF 6450.00 to the following Bank account?
