Man, 60, found dead at cemetry

Nsuta (B/A) Jan. 24 (Solomon Naambir) GNA - The body of Opanin Kwabena Tresuane, a 60-year-old cocoa farmer at Atia, a farming community near Nsuta in the Techiman municipality, was on Friday found dead at the old Nsuta cemetery.

The Municipal Police Commander, Superintendent Paul Kojo Gyempeh told the Ghana News Agency (GNA) the deceased, who was said to have had a mental problem for the past 10 years, appeared to have been knocked down by a hit-and-run vehicle.

The body has since been released to the family for burial after a post-mortem examination at the Holy Family hospital in Techiman. Police are investigating.
