I was not sacked -Fianoo

The chairman of Ghana League Clubs Association(Ghalca) Mr. Kojo Fianoo has started in an interview yesterday on a ghanaian radio station in London Hot FM sports programme that he was not sacked as the welfare officer of the Black Stars but rather he willingly submitted his resignation after realising that things are going very bad with the Black Stars.

Mr. Fianoo who was also the welfare officer of the Black Starlets when they won the juvenile under 17 world cup title in Italy in 1991 with the likes of Nii Odartey Lamptey, Alex Opoku, Kofi Nimoh, Sebastian Barnes, Daniel Addo, Ben Owu and many others.He also refuse the allegations circulating around sporting circles in Ghana that Ghalca intention of running the league in Ghana from the year 2005 has nothing to do with his dismissal as the welfare officer as been speculated all over in town.

About his plans of going into active politics, Mr. Fianoo said indeed that is his next ambition to enter into full time politics and has therefore started preparing into the political field and very soon he will becoming out with
