Private legal practitioner, Lawyer Maurice Ampaw, has explained that John Dramani Mahama’s victory in the 2024 elections has taught him several life lessons.
Before the election, he was convinced that the people of Ghana would not allow a former president to return to power.
To him, there was no way the former president could be re-elected, considering his track record.
However, he was shocked when Mahama won by a wide margin, a reality he is still struggling to come to terms with.
Speaking on GTV Ghana, Maurice Ampaw stated, “It has taught me that, at the end of the day, Mahama proved to me that everything is possible.”
Maurice Ampaw, who had vowed to leave Ghana for Togo if the former president won the election, did not follow through with his promise, as he believes Ghana is more developed than Togo.
