I Did Not Bolt With Power's Money - Quainoo.

Former national team goalkeeper, Loius Quainoo, has denied reports by the management of Tema based Power F/C that he took huge sums of money as signing-on fees only to disappear into thin air with the money.

He explained to AUTHENTIC KAPITAL SPORTS from his base in Bronx, New York in the USA that he was rather promised the money was going to be paid to him latter by the management of Power F/C after he agreed terms with the team and was accomodated at the Bosomtwi Hotel in Accra.

He said after a long wait he realised the money was not forthcoming. He therefore decided to travel to the USA to attempt to seek greener pasture to enable him make ends meet. This move he explained was the only opportunity because he had lost his position at the national team and could not afford to catar for his wife and three kids without finding a job for himself.

Asked what he is doing in the USA, Loius Quainoo said he hoped to find a club to play for.

He wished the Black Stars well in their last World Cup qualifying game against Cape Verde in October.
