NPP connives with Judges in court - NDC

The National Organizer for the NDC, Yaw Boateng Gyan, has warned members in the NPP to stop accusing Justice William Atuguba and other judges enrolled to rule over the petition they have presented to the Supreme Court of bias; else prepare to be buried in the hole they have started digging.

According to Yaw Boateng Gyan, the ramification of the accusations senior members of the New Patriotic Party have started is that they have opened the doors for everyone to falsely accuse the judges sitting on the case.

Yaw Boateng Gyan was responding to an earlier claim by Yaw Buaben Asamoah on Okay FM that they (NPP) are being forced to think that Justice Atuguba’s way of sustaining objections which were respectively raised by counsel for the three respondents during the re-examination of Dr. Bawumia by Philip Addison, shows he is “discharging his duties without consulting” the other judges.

Emitting his anger on Yaw Buaben Asamoah and the entire NPP, Yaw Boateng Gyan also stated on Okay FM that though the NDC is aware of judges aiding the NPP in court through sign languages, they have deliberately decided to keep mute on the matter.

The National Organizer for the National Democratic Congress also stated that, unlike the NPP, his party is ensuring the court process ends on a peaceful note.

He, however, made it clear that if the NPP would continue to ply this tangent, they will be forced to mention names of some of the judges who constitute the nine-member panel, and come to court to help them through sign languages.

He accused the NPP of endangering the lives of some of the judges who have enrolled on the matter by pointing accusing fingers on them and cautioned them to put a stop to their “shameful” act.
