Some political parties have chastised President Mahama for not accepting constructive criticisms.
The parties have been reacting to calls by the President on his critics to stop ranting on radio and rather support him to deliver.
The General Secretaries of the New Patriotic Party and the Progressive People’s Party say, the President has failed to heed the advice embedded in the criticisms.
NPP General Secretary, Kwadwo Owusu Afriyie, told XYZ News that President Mahama must be quiet and accept the criticisms which he said would only make him a better leader.
“Ours is a very constructive criticism of his administration. If you look at the sale of Merchant Bank, we have come to suggest that it is not in the interest of the country.
“Therefore Mahama’s government should stop attacking us and listen to constructive criticism”.
Kofi Asamoah Siaw of the PPP said his party has always offered solutions to the President for consideration whenever the party criticizes him on issues.
