LIVESTREAMING: 2017 National Science and Maths Quiz - Semi finals

The last semi-final contest of the 2017 National Science and Maths Quiz is currently happening as it sees an all-boys affair with representation from Kumasi and Accra. PRESEC Legon would have to beat Kumasi High School and St Thomas Aquinas to have a fair shot at an opportunity to lift the trophy for the sixth time.

Prempeh College, arguably the most feared team at this stage of the 2017 edition of the National Science and Maths Quiz, has kept two-time champion Mfantsipim at bay in this semi-final clash at the University of Ghana.

From start to finish, the contest became a photo-finish for the three-time champions who must be satisfied with their sweet victory and revenge after Mfantsipim made them sweat last year at the quarter-final stage.

Adisadel College also qualified for the grand finale of the 2017 NSMQ as they beat Ghana National College and University Practice Senior High School this morning.

Adisadel College won with 36 points while Ghana National and University Practice bagged 35 and 27 points respectively.

As the competition enters its final phase this week, the stakes are high and the race towards the grand finale on Thursday is even intense.
