Asare-Kusi and assisted by Very Rev. The sermon on the Inauguration “Ambassadors for Christ” was delivered by the officiating Minister the Superintendent Minister of the Toronto Circuit Very Rev. Dr. Emmanuel Asare-Kusi. The Rev. Dr. Asare-Kusi explained that an “Ambassador” represents the country that sent him/her as its representative. The ambassador does business and tries to advocate on behalf of his/her country in the host country. The country therefore expects its representative, the ambassador, to portray good conduct in speech, behavior, attitude and way of life. If as Christians and members of the new inaugurated Society we are Ambassadors for Christ, we should have the mind of Christ and live as Christ would have lived and show love, compassion, patience the way Christ would do if He lived among us today. If we do that we would then be GOOD Ambassadors and our lives will witness to those who are not Christians and we will be able to win some of them in the Kingdom of Christ, whose Ambassadors we are.
