Stars play Kotoko in trial match in Kumasi

Accra, Oct.13, GNA- The National team, Black Stars will play a trial match against Kumasi Asante Kotoko at the Kumasi Sports Stadium on Wednesday, October 15.

A statement from the Ghana Football Association (GFA) issued in Accra on Monday and signed by Mr K. Ampim-Darko for the General Secretary, said the match formed part of the Stars preparation towards the impending World Cup qualifier against Somalia scheduled for 16th and 19th November in Accra and Kumasi.

It said the Referees Committee was requested to appoint referees for the match while the Ashanti Regional Sports Development Officer was also requested to assist in organising the match.
