Ghana is on top of Africa - Rev Agbozo

Reverend Professor Enoch Immanuel Agbozo, Leader of the Ghana Evangelical Society (GES) on Friday, said Ghana is destined to be on top of Africa and must be recognized as such by the leaders of the country.

He called on the leaders of Ghana, whom God has entrusted and committed the country’s destiny into their hands to handle the resources of the country with concern to reduce the hardships the citizenry was going through.

Rev. Agbozo made the call at the second day of a three-day festival and celebration of divine love organized by the GES in Accra.

The celebration is on the theme “Behold, I Make All Things New."

He said the most important human resource of Ghana is the human beings, who God has entrusted the country’s natural resources into their hands.

Rev. Agbozo, who prayed for the Government, the Public and Private Institutions, Political Parties, Civil Society and Social groups in the country against evil and divine protection, asked citizens not to relent on their efforts in prayers.

He prayed that the collective efforts and output of the institutions should move the country forward.

Rev. Agbozo said God had declared and made his intentions to pour his blessings onto the country, and that Ghanaians must seek to know that God is the possessor of everything.

He said Ghana is established as a Christian country by God, and that, God's hand can be traced in the situations that the country was going through.

Rev. Agbozo said the wealth of Ghana cannot be enclosed for only exclusive private use but should be used for the benefit of all citizens.

He prayed for the progress, prosperity, peace and unity of Ghana and asked for God’s wisdom and blessings to flourish on the land and on citizens of Ghana in order to reduce the hardship in the country.
