The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has reported a fire outbreak that destroyed parts of a residential property in the Central Region.

According to a statement on the Service’s Facebook page, personnel from the Breman Essiam Fire Station responded to a distress call at Enyan Denkyira on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at about 0957 hours.

Upon arrival, firefighters found a three-bedroom house with two of the rooms already engulfed in flames.

The crew worked swiftly to contain the blaze and prevent it from spreading to the third bedroom.

The fire destroyed two bedrooms and their contents, while one bedroom was successfully salvaged.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation, according to the GNFS Public Relations Office in the Central Region.
